No. Under 1111vd rules, each person may hold only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, mobile number or payment method may result in those accounts being suspended and any balance being cancelled.
After logging in, go to the 'Profile' section, upload a photo of your NID or passport and submit a selfie. The 1111vd verification team usually reviews documents within 24 hours. Once verification is complete you will receive a confirmation message by email or SMS.
Click the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page. Enter your registered email or mobile number and a reset link or OTP will be sent to you. Use that OTP to set a new password. If you have trouble, contact 1111vd's live chat support.
Yes, you can deactivate your account temporarily yourself. 1111vd supports this as part of responsible gaming. Submit a request via support chat or email and the necessary steps will be taken.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Money deposited via bKash is usually credited to your 1111vd wallet instantly — within a few seconds to a few minutes at most. There may be a slight delay during busy periods, but it generally takes no more than 5 minutes. If it takes longer, provide the transaction reference number in live chat.
The minimum deposit amount at 1111vd for all payment methods is ৳200. The same limit applies for bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Attempting to deposit less than this amount will result in a failed transaction.
The minimum withdrawal from 1111vd is ৳500. Once a request is approved, funds typically arrive in your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

1111vd does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay may apply their own transaction charges. Check the relevant mobile banking app for the latest charges.
Games and Rules
At 1111vd you can bet on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) matches across a range of options including match winner, top batter, total runs and live in-play markets. In the 1111vd live casino section you will find real dealer games from Ezugi and Evolution Gaming — including live roulette, live baccarat and live table games.
